San Diego Mission de Alcala - Case de Padre
The San Diego Mission has been a great customer for MSC over the years. MSC was asked to repair the adobe and white wash the inside of the Case de Padre on the Mission campus. Warner – Carrillo Adobe White Wash
Save Our Heritage Organization (SOHO) awarded MSC with the project to apply white wash and make minor adobe repairs to the exterior of the Warner – Carrillo Adobe. Those knowledgeable of adobes know that ongoing maintenance as critical to the longevity of the structure. It was common in early California to white wash your adobe every spring. The Warner – Carrillo Adobe is an active museum located on HWY S2 on the way to and from the Anza Borrego Desert from San Diego North East County.

Courreges Tank House Project
In August and September of 2016 MSC worked with the City of Fountain Valley Historic Society and the Courreges Family to move the historic Tank House from the Courreges family ranch property to the Fountain Valley Historic Park. MSC prepared the Tank House for the move. The upper level needed to be separated from the lower for transportation across town to the historic park. The move day was August 27th with a precession from the Ranch to the Historic Park. John T. Hansen House Movers transported the Tank House in front of thousands of onlookers and arrived to the final destination to the sound of the Fountain Valley Marching Bank and Color Guard. The lower section was rolled over the new foundation and concrete slab and the upper section was reset with a crane. MSC reconstructed the rest of the Tank House and windmill to match the original configuration. Much thanks goes out to Mayor Cheryl Brother and Ron Courreges. Now the oldest remaining structure in the City of Fountain Valley has a new home for the community to enjoy.
